FutureTelebranch to reveal a new generation of wheelchair-friendly customer service kiosk

Dubai, UAE, (March 25, 2018): Futuretelebranch, a Dubai-based company specialized in innovative customer service solutions for telecoms, will be participating in this year’s Seamless Middle East, to showcase its newly designed customer service machine. Seamless Payments is an annual exhibition bringing together leaders, experts and professionals in ecommerce, retail and payments, taking place in Dubai.

In terms of wheelchair-friendliness, the kiosk is designed in such a way so that all devices are within the reach of a person sitting in a wheelchair. Same applies for drive thru purposes. Also the kiosk has a special room for feet.

The main feature of the kiosk is its enabling a face-to-face conversation between customers and human service agents via video conferencing. Plus, agents control the machine remotely, conducting all operations on behalf of clients, which makes it easy to use for people with disabilities and in wheelchairs.

“The main trademark of the kiosk is, of course, its ergonomic and futuristic body, equipped with a large 40” curved display. We believe that in this business the size matters. We made it big for visibility and advertising purposes as opposed to other kiosk producers who tend to save costs by making their kiosks way too small,” — says Kostiantyn Gridin, CEO&Founder, Futuretelebranch.

Futuretelebranch is a Dubai-based technological company, that has developed a new generation of customer service machines aimed to replace traditional telecom branches.

Futuretelebranch machines are equipped with payment tools, ID&biometric scanners and video-conference function that enable face-to-face conversation between customers and service agents.
